These cards were included in a 1968 Milton Bradley Win-A-Card game. These cards, which are variations of some singles from the first two series, feature an "yellow" back rather than an orange back. These cards, along with some 1967 Topps Football cards and Topps Hot Rod cards were all part of the game. The key card in this set is a Nolan Ryan "Rookie".
Beckettpedia
Topps printed a special batch of cards for the Milton Bradley game pictured below (game came out in 1969). They ended up using a different dye lot on the back (yellow back instead of orange) and when the cards were cut from the sheet they left a border strip of the on one side.
Beckett Vintage Grading currently has a population of 16 of this card, making it extremely rare compared to the standard issue Topps version. PSA does not label the Milton Bradley card, making it even more difficult to find a graded, authenticated and labeled card.
In May of 2008, a Nolan Ryan / Koosman Milton Bradley sold for $1280.76.
