Can't really tell much with the toning. I'd have to guess a pretty AU58.

Could be anything from AU58 to MS65; toning makes it impossible to tell from just a picture.

But I'm leaning toward MS64-65.

Very difficult to say, there is some weakness on the rev talons and in the hair curls below Liberty, which could be from wear(AU58), weak strike(MS63), or just appears that way due to heavy frost and toining(MS65+). I'm leaning towards MS65+.

I grade it genuine and uncirculated

It looks like a 64 to me, but the toning makes it a bit hard to be sure without the coin in the hand.

Nice! Looks 63/64, but that could be due to the toning. I think I can see some plastic slide marks on the cheek.
