Ebay zero bidder question ???

I have 3 zero bidders bidding on my auctions. Is there anyway you can find out if they have a second id ? Just curious because most of the time zero bidders just lead into trouble. Anyways this is the e-mail i sent them.
This is just a friendly e-mail to verify who you are seeing that you have zero feedback and just registered on e-bay. Unfortunately most zero bidders bid but never pay. If i do not recieve a e-mail back from you then all bids will be cancelled and will be added to blocklist. Again this is is a friendly e-mail, we all started at zero at one time or another but failure to reply will lead to cancelled bids and being blocked.

It's just funny how they all have very new accounts to boot !! If this is for feedback retaliation i will make sure that e-bay bans all there id's.
I had a couple people charge me almost 5.00 dollars for shipping so i gave them a negative because they sent in a white envelope with a stamp on it and said the differance was for there paypal fees and e-bay fees !! I charge 4.00 dollars for a single graded card but at least mine is in a bubble envelope wrapped in extra bubble and with delivery confirmation. Personally i think it may be these people but i have had great experiences with zero bidders in the past as well.Not all have been negative experiences.

Put the first problem people on your BBL right away. If the new IDs
are linked to those people, EBAY will remove any NEGs and NARU
all their accounts.
If the problem folks are not on your BBL, EBAY will not help.
