2008 Topps Holiday Set @ Target - $42.99

In the weekly flyer, Target has the holiday set in the Babe Ruth packaging for $42.99. I never purchased one of these before (I saw the Mantle set last year). My question- Does this larger cardboard box have the more traditionally sized Topps card box on the inside? It's hard to tell from the picture if it's in fact a smaller box inside of the larger box. I could not care less about the Babe Ruth card, but $42 for the set isn't a bad price.
