UPDATE: .AH agrees to give credit.

Just want to update and conclude conversation on 'legal assistance requested' thread from a few weeks back (Since poofed). I personally met with Steve V. of CSA and, when I gave him the PSA letters that he A) Faxed me before the auction,
mailed me with the ball, and C) received back from PSA showing the "Signature has been traced" line as the letter was originally produced by PSA/DNA to the original submitter, we agreed to have a full AH credit. I am not a litigious person by nature and am I glad I did not have to go through that process, but I certainly would have if this settlement was not going to be reached.
The fact remains that someone out there was able to alter/edit an existing PSA/DNA letter, and it slipped by both the AH and me. With technology and printing/reprinting capabilities what they are today, I guess where there is a will to do evil, there will be a way to do evil. To all those collectors, make sure you double and triple check all your letters--I would hate to find out someone else is holding an unauthentic letter, but I guess I would also be a fool to think that there are no others...

Mike
Now you are forced to so more business with him.
If you are happy that is all that matters.
