E-bay shipping totals not updating ??

Is anyone else having trouble with E-bays shipping totals not corresponding to the combined shipping invoice the seller sends ?
I just got an invoice from the seller with the correct shipping and handling, but when I go to pay through E-bay the old totals are still applied.
Is this something the seller is doing wrong or an E-bay FU ??
