new to silver coins...

i have several 1964 and earlier washington $.25, how much can i expect to get per quarter? if i go to a coin shop? i want to get the best deal.

  • I have no idea why people keep linking to coinflation.

    Their prices are based on unc coins only for silver content.

    Unc coins from that era carry a premium for their age and condition over their silver content.

    Circulated coins won't match what coinflation says.

    Don't blame the dealer, blame coinflation's inflated prices.

    Figure spot X .715 X face value and you'll get an accurate number on their siver content.

    Proceed from there.

    You may get a better offer on the BST, depending on the dealer.

    You could also offer them up here on our BST thread for their silver content.
