What kind of buyer are you?

I'm curious - when you buy cards, how would you rate your "buying personality"?
Cool Blue – Showing no bias, objective, detached, analytical
Earth Green – Still, tranquil, calm
Fiery Red – Positive, affirmative, bold, assertive
Sunshine Yellow – Cheerful, spirited, bouyant
No, I'm not a psychiatrist, I'm applying the class I'm enrolled in at work to this hobby, which is a lot more interesting than my job has been lately.

Those sets of attributes are sort of closely related.
I guess I will pick the Earth Green.
I am in fact part blue and part green. Most would like to be red or yellow I think, but I think the most admirable trait is "humble".
In our society that usually means something terrible like wimpy. But it actually means "able to learn". A very complimentary trait if you ask me.

Over $25 = Cool Blue
If it's just a few bucks and I want it, I'll blow cash all day long...but $20 pops add up quickly, so I tend to be more calculating, planned, and rigid when it comes to much more than that. Probably a holdover from my college days when I didn't have any money and I had to add to my collection on a limited basis.

I like to put "fear" into the competing bidders by my bidding early and heavy, so the possible snipers and late bidders will hopefully lose interest and not bother with it, them "knowing" that they're not gonna win it anyway, and hopefully they go away.
Sometimes, it actually seems to work, but it reality, it probably doesn't matter. LOL
I'm not going to start raving about a raw card I'm about to buy when the dealer can either raise the price or say he's not going to sell it to me. I've seen dealers do both.
I've even had dealers try to pull out cards from stacks I've picked out because they think I've uncovered a gem. I've called them on it and told them I wasn't buying anything unless I got all the cards I wanted.
