Great game! I am getting a kick out of how many times flags are being thrown but taken back ( including a red challenge flag )
Also Shaun Hill has to have the ugliest 10+ yard pass EVER.

Oh yea, and its just another example of a head coach making an utterly idiotic bad play call when the game is on the line. Hightower is averaging barely 2 yards a carry and 3rd and 1+ whisenhunt decides to go with an off tackle run play only to get STUFFED.
I hope SF wins

Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
<< <i>That was actually a pretty good game. Gore had two shots and couldn't do it.....I think he also saved my PSA game....it was close. >>
Looks like it was a good game, but I doubt many people on the East Coast watched any of it.
And for the record, I think the group in the booth broke the world record for most spoken words in a televised football game. Sheesh do these guys ever shut up?

You are correct, Robinson got the second shot. I was reading stats while watching it and NFL.com credited it to Gore at first. Actually they credited both to Gore for +1 yard, then both became -1 yard, then I closed it, but I guess, they have redone it, as it is now Gore -1 and Robinson +1.

They ran the ball on the last play because they were afraid to have him hurl it skyward again. He 'willed' S.F. to another loss. Amazing...

Then SF has the ball with 4 seconds left on 3RD DOWN. Spike the ball, and leave yourself 1 or 2 seconds to run the last play. Huddle up and regroup rather than scrambling to the line to run a dive over the middle with the backup running back.
It's been said many times - these coaches should play Madden on the PS3 for a year to get a sense of the right strategies at the end of the game. Too many coaches have no idea what they are doing.
