1st submission help

I am preparing to make my first submission and had a couple questions.

1. Value: How do I determine value. I don't have a beckett. Do I use smr. If so, am I guessing the grade it should get to determine the value? Some of the cards aren't listed either. Nothing is high dollar.
2. Set registry: Under the psa specials they list a $14 price. Do I have to use this to put a card on a registry or can I use the bulk service then add, or can I submit already graded cards

1. I use raw card value so you may want to get a Beckett. Guessing what grade your card is going to get won't work.
2. Any graded card under any grading fee can be added to the registry. Also graded cards you already own can be added as well.

csn you take a $3,000 card and claim it's value at $450 just to get a lower grading fee?
