eBay no longer showing winning bidders???

Unless there's some sort of glitch going on, eBay is now hiding the ID of winning bidders in the same fashion as all of the other bidders. Was this announced ahead of time?

    Its such a good idea, that I now have 8 shilling accounts set up now to help offset the screw I am getting from the rest of the Ebay/Paypal cartel they have going on.

    i just had a bunch of auctions go off and am getting no paypal emails that theve paid from paypal? i like looking at paypal every 5 minutesimage
    hope this is a slow glich or a screwup

    Im actually the winner of all those auctions, I can't pay until next May, I hope that is ok, can you just send me the cards first?

    i get that alot too,i just send em invoices once or twice a day and drive em nuts till they payimage
