Also putting the card in a penny sleeve and then a top loader doesn't hurt either.

I think top loaders are dangerous , I use a cardsaver and put a piece of cardboard on each side before putting in the bubble mailer

I agree if the cards are just shipped in toploads without penny sleeves.

However, in a penny sleeve, toploader and then in one of those resealable bags is okay.

Though, it's alot easier just to use a cardsaver like you said

yeah, i bought a 9 card presidential set off ebay made by proset for the Smithsonian Institute back in 93..had never seen this set..i get it and the washington has a big gash down the left side..it was shipped in a 9 card page with 1 sheet of cardboard around it..i pd almost $9 and they gave me a $1 refund..lol---the whole set is ruined because i doubt i will ever see those cards again..

basically mummifying my card for future usage.
