Is anyone able to get into the PCGS pop report?

I have not been able to access the pop report all day. The 800 customer service number was not working this morning and now has had me on hold.

I had to log in again, but no problem once in.

It made me login again (I have it bookmarked), but it worked just fine.

I've been trying all day also, but haven't been able to get in. I've tried logging in again, and again, and again........ but can't. Guess we need to email them?

I finally got through on the 800 number. Apparently a software upgrade is in progress. If you have more than one account established (not sure why I had more than one) they are being combined into one. This is causing the problem. You need to call to resolve.
