    What "these" are you refering to? If in regards to Movie Star cards- the answer is yes they do.

    I was told they do not. One reason might be their lack of knowledge regarding these issues. I had offered to act as a consultant, but they declined. (I have over 1000 cataloged soccer cards)

    I have seen several PSA soccer cards that were mislabled. Its probably best they stay away from items of which they have no experts.

    I have tons of graded GARBATY,ORAMI,BUNTE FILMBUILDER...ECT..... Just check the pop report under "non-sports" euro
