Watched the game. Thought they had a chance when Penn State didn't put them away. Loved to see the plays with some heart at the end. There's something satisfying watching a defense who spent a TON of time on the field all day stand up late in the 4th.

Iowa is a good team and unfortunately they have had some very tough luck until today.
FTR, I would rather see a Big 10 team, and in this instance it is Penn State, loose a conference game and not play for the championship, than loose in the championship game to an SEC or Big 12 team. It truly is shaping up to be the year for a SEC-Big 12 match up... but we are not there yet and ther are more games to be played

The D was impressive today. Though they couldnt get the Penn State offense of of the field in the first half, they at least held them to field goals. That first Penn State scoring drive was 22 plays. I havent seen a drive that long on any level of footbal lin recent memory. They did a good job of keeping focus and not letting themsleves get to worn down.
I think all four of Iowa's losses are by 1, 3,3, and 6. So they've been in most of their games. Very exciting game to watch. Penn State played good football in the 1st half. Not sure what happened to them in the second half. Maybe Iowa's D.
