all cards were crackouts from SGC wild bill donovan 84 nm 7,billy nattress 84 nm 7,joe tinker 60 ex 5,al burch 86 nm+ 7.5 and doc white 84 nm 7.looks like the wild bill will have to go back to SGC.anybody know if SGC will be at the sun times show in rosemont in nov.ps-trying to do the "monster" very slowly,have about 90 of them.

    You seem pretty calm about a $617 card that went from NM 7 to evidence of trimming.

  • steve,i have been to net54 site but never posted over there.great place to learn about older baseball cards.most over there will say psa messed up.will form my opinion after i get card back and measure it.gil

    I agree, net54 can be a "great" place to learn about pre-WW2 baseball cards, and sometimes they do have some good threads over there - but to me that forum just got too boring and except for a thread link that was posted here awhile back, I haven't posted or even lurked there in perhaps a few years. In all fairness to them, my main focus is 50's, 60's, & 70's Topps with a sprinkling of modern...and those subjects are basically taboo there.

    I agree, net54 can be a "great" place to learn about pre-WW2 baseball cards, and sometimes they do have some good threads over there - but to me that forum just got too boring and except for a thread link that was posted here awhile back, I haven't posted or even lurked there in perhaps a few years.
