Got suckered into another one ...

I know I am supposed to be looking for a 1775 Halfpenny to finish the Geo. III set, so as usual I went to NEN's site to see what they had new. Their pics, and yes the little white tabs bother me. It just looked so lonely sitting out there in cyberspace I had to give it a new home.
1831 Proof 65 BN Halfpenny, mintage of less than 150, pop 2/2 at NGC. Surprisingly they have graded 15 of these at NGC, couldn't find any listed at PCGS.

I'm not really veering off course too much, I have another collection of proofs and patterns which has several Geo. III Soho and Taylor restrike halfpennies and Geo. III and IV proof currency issues, so this fits in somewhat.
