  • wow, that's an interesting one! my gut feeling is, a 1550-1650 copper coin of the Spanish Netherlands....next best guess, a 1500's to early 1600's coin of Sweden....but if its Sweden, probably more likely 1500's since it doesnt look like any 1600's coin of Sweden I've seen.

    The coat of arms looks like that of Batenburg (Low countries). This example on CoinArchives shows the arms best.

    I had been looking at Italian states, and was about to move to random German states....
