Singapore Dragon and Tiger Bullion 4pc Sets

I don't have direct access to these sets right now, but my mother had purchased 4 pc sets of gold coins in a blue plastic holder with clear case. Each are 1oz, .5 oz, .25 oz, and .1 oz coins. The coins were purchased in the eighties and nineties, not sure what order. The gold is bright and says "999", which I presume is purity. I guess my basic question is do these coins have value as collectables or just bullion? A collector in the US Coins forum thought I should check in here. Thanks
