Offical Kentucky Wildcats quest for the 2009 Final Four (last chance this decade)

Well folks, I know you guys think I'm crazy for hoping that Kentucky makes the Final Four this year, seeing as how we're going to start unranked but understand that in EVERY full decade we've had the NCAA Tournament, the Wildcats have gone to the Final Four at least once per decade. So far we've not made the Final Four this decade (2003 we made the Elite Eight after running the table in the SEC and 2005 we came a double overtime short) and thus if we don't make the Final Four this year, our streak will be over. image

But then again, if the Rays and Phillies could make the World Series this year, I'd say anything can happen. image

    Who was favored in that game?
    I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.

    Well, I'd say we're doing okay so far (our second half effort against Clown U could've been more like the first half) but it would beat nice to be a GOOD opponent for a change. Luckily we'll get our chance against Benerick's Loserville squad. image

    And am I the only one here who is VERY surprised that only ONE SEC team is ranked? Usually there's 4-5 ranked teams in that conference (which used to be us image ).
