1907 Hungarian 5 Korona - restrike?

I have a 1907 KB Hungarian 5 Korona - KM 489 (40th Ann of the Coronation of Franz Joseph). I understand there are restrikes - are they proof only? Are there any distinguishing marks on the restrike?

Not sure what the U.P. stands for. I have one in my collection you can see here. I assume it is one of the restrkes

The Krause listing leads me to believe that the restrikes are proof only. There is also a note at the beginning of the Hungary section in Krause that states "These may be identified by a rosette in the vicinity of the mintmark."
I'm not certain from the photo, but it appears yours is uncirculated and not proof. And, like mine, I see no rosette near the mintmark. Someone at the Denver show looked at mine and said it looked original b/c the edge markings are different than the restrikes. He was a bit vague though, and there is no mention of this in Krause. So I'm wondering what exactly the difference is. In addition to inscription, there are two tear-drop shapes with an asterisk/star between them, which I presume is not a rosette since they usually have petals.
There is one difference I see between our two coins though. Mine has a textured surface inside the circle with a normal, smooth surface in the legend area. It gives the coin an interesting appearance. I'll try and post a picture tomorrow.

The U.P. restrikes of the 1907 5K have U.P. just to the right of the date, as pictured in the 2009 KM.
