Edit to add: I would also remove the question marks from the answers and I am not sure why you created two answers for yes.
Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
and wouldn't hurt to spell his name correctly.
I personally don't think he is, but he likely will be. His playing in NY and now a 20 game win season will be enough for the lazy HoF voters to put him in.

He is a borderline candidate, but I fear he would probably get in before someone like Bert Blylevn who is a superior pitcher.
