Seems that the last of the non-PayPal sellers that had stuff I wanted have added PayPal when relisting their 30 day Fixed Price auctions. Just wish they would've done it when the rebate was still 30%, but alas, I finally grabbed a Nomellini Red Jersey for $150 that is ugly, ugly, ugly (PSA 3-ish) but it will fill the hole in my Leaf Master Set.
