Thank you in advance!

VG-8

VG-10. Any dealer would sell it as a Fine-12 however. Not enough of all letters visible for me though.

COALPORTER · November 1, 2008 11:08AM

G-6. I can't make out a single letter in liberty.

OneCent · November 1, 2008 11:09AM

VG-8 and wonderfully original!

FilthyBroke · November 1, 2008 11:13AM

I'd say a vg10, maybe 12.

My father happens to love IHCs and has started his own Dansco. He bought a bunch of IHCs (I think 28 in all) @ a flea market for $1/each and this happens to be one of them. Not a bad pick up for a buck!

FilthyBroke · November 1, 2008 11:16AM

Great deal for a buck!

I'll give you ten times that for it right now!

Buy it for 10x and sell it for 20x. Not too shabby for you.

VG10. Pretty good for a buck I must say.

ziggy29 · November 1, 2008 10:42PM

Commercial Fine, but really VG-10...

UtahCoin · November 1, 2008 10:45PM

Very nice VG

So, according to the PCGS price guide, this 1876 would have a value of about $30? Or is it silly to go by the PCGS guide? Just curious.

commoncents05 · November 2, 2008 2:39AM

Greysheet bid for a VG is $30. Nice score!

Sounds good, I've actually been looking at the '76 and yours is in better condition for the circulated ones I've seen for around that price. May be able to get $40-50, who knows?
