Registry All "Jacked Up'??

Added a few coins today & at first received an error code when I tried to input them.
Went back and tried again, and was told they where already in my collection.
That's cool, but looking at my registry sets, it shows that I have no sets that need updating!

Either this is now automatic......coins are added to all the sets that accept the coin image

OR I now have to figure out which sets need to be updated manually image

I also see where quite a few of my sets dropped because, "The composite definition was changed."
I dropped from #57 to #88 on the Peace Dollars, Circulation Strikes (1921-1935).... what could be new for that set?
I'll have to take a look.......

Ajia: The ratings are all screwed up with some sort of bug, just look at the last number, your over all rating, and you will see they are all out of sequence with higher rated sets below lower rated, etc. BTW, will be in Calif for Christmas and will try to give you a shout.

Getting the sets out of order is something that should be easily fixed, IMO.
Wouldn't it just be a filtering issue?

My concern is that all the coins that were added over this time BEING added to the sets, but not showing up in the 'Sets with Changes'.
I guess we can delete all the coins that were added while the Registry is 'Jacked Up', then add the coins again, then update the sets.

Kinda of pain if that's what we'll need to do.

Are you saying that all the sets are updated automatically and you don't have to go out to EACH set and do the commit thing!?

If so...........Hal a luya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been asking for that for months!!! What a hassel that was!!!!!

    Great...Great.....Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Mercury Dime sets are all jacked up. I slipped from #19 to #23 because the composition definition changed. I'm not quite sure how this set ranks at #6 while my set is #23.

Dimeman, I too have been asking for the registries to automatically update the sets.
Why would someone choose "Add these coins to all of your existing sets which they match or replace coins if the rating of the new coin is higher......", then have to update all the sets with changes.

I'm not really sure what is going on here.
When I try to add coins to my sets I get an error message, so I think that the coin(s) were not added.
When I go to add them again I get a message that the coin(s) are already in my inventory.
BUT there are no "Sets with Changes" listed. Meaning ZERO sets have changed.
When I check a set were the coin should be, it's not!
If I do an 'edit' on a set were the coin(s) should be, it's there!!
That means I have to track down every set that these coins can be added to & updated manually!!

    Not going to be fun.

Am I the only one with this issue??

Sounds like a real hassel..........................I'll wait to add mine when things look better.

I finally find my 1832 and 1836 dimes and now I am afraid to add them!imageimage
  • I am going to hold off adding coins, until after they get things fixed.
