what change in the PCGS set compositions?

I saw that I dropped five spots today and the reason was a change in the composite definition. It's the Basic US Coin Design set 1792-present. I thought the set rating was what determined your ranking yet there are nearly 10 people ahead of me with a lower set rating and a couple are heavy on nothing but PR69DCAM widgets
