Swiss 1923 B 5 Francs in a PCGS AU58 Slab. Anyone know who is featured on the obverse?

I believe it's one William Tell.

Just found the below doc from the swiss mint regarding the coin. Unfortunately the doc is in German (anyone read german). But I don't think it is William Tell on the coin. I believe it is an alps shepherd. I like the idea of it being William Tell though.

Ich bin Wilhem Tell, ich bin Wilhem Tell !!!!!

The design of the Federal 5 francs coin issued from 1922 features the bust of a generic "mountain shepherd" designed by Paul Burkard, but due to a similarity of the bust with Kissling's statue, in spite of the missing beard, it was immediately widely identified as Tell.

Come on!! Hasn't poor Willy been besmirched enough.
