The title of the video says it's a Rays fan but I really doubt it.
First off, what Rays fan would be walking around Philly after the WS shirtless, mingling among all the Phillie fans?
Just a drunk Phillie fan getting carried away.
Either way it's funny as crap. The guy climbs the light pole in celebration only to get a surprise. Watch the can go sailing by and then all of sudden......BAM
