2008 Topps Chrome FB Question

I pulled a blue refractor card of Willis McGahee and I noticed on the bottom there is something on the bottom that says "Topps Player Collection" in a circle then inside the circle it says 5 of 11. I did not see this on any of the regular cards or other regular refractors.

I'm guessing that is the serial numbered version, 5 of 11 produced.

Not sure though
