Returning items to the Mint.

Having never returned a order, I would like to know if you can return multiple orders in one box?

    I would call and ask.
  • Each order has its own return sticker that you use for returns. For that reason I would not place multiple orders in one box. IMHO
    Positive:
BST Transactions: DonnyJf, MrOrganic, Justanothercoinaddict, Fivecents, Slq, Jdimmick,
Robb, Tee135, Ibzman350, Mercfan, Outhaul, Erickso1, Cugamongacoins, Indiananationals, Wayne Herndon

    Yes, you can.
Just like PCGS where you would have 1 box and orders separated inside.
I've done it and it has worked.

GIven the mint's employees' seeming IQs, though, you are likely taking a risk.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Call the mint, tell them what you wish to return and ask for a RA number. They will send you a prepaid label, but it might take awhile. If you send back several orders in the same package it would be wise to at least enclose the barcode from each order on the outside of the package.
