PayPal shipping question

I sold 2 boxes of cards to eBay ID: sportlady88 last night.

PayPal address is in New Hampshire....she sends this through eBay:

"Dear m.sassin,

PLEASE MAIL THE 2 WAX BOXES TO MY HOME IN MIAMI, FLORIDA (name and address removed by me), MIAMI, FLORIDA 33173 I HOPE THESE BOXES HAVE NOT BEEN TAMPERED WITH IN ANY MANNER. THANKS, CAROLE

- sportlady88"

I have always been a personal check / money order person. Being that these are cards I really want rid of, should I send them to the Florida address?

I asked her if I should be mailing it to NH...her response......

    "Dear m.sassin,

NO, IT IS MY FAULT FOR NOT CHANGING THAT OVER BEFORE I LEFT NH OCT. 2. IT IS CHANGED NOW. SEND IT TO MIAMI, PLEASE. THANKS CAROLE

    - sportlady88"

As long as I have confirmation that it arrived, should I be ok?
  • If her Miami address is not confirmed DO NOT SEND IT!

If she actually changed it in Paypal, you can refund her and ask her to pay again - so that the address in the payment matches what she's telling you.

Just for grins, I looked up her address on Google Maps. You can see the street view of her house! lol, anyway, I bring nothing to the table. I'd ship it, but that's just me.

    auctionbytes update...................

PayPal also said it now protects all US sellers (not just PowerSellers) on eligible transactions with buyers from the 190 markets where PayPal is accepted, with no annual coverage limit and for no additional cost. Sellers can ship to any address listed on the transaction details page - confirmed or unconfirmed - for items sold on eBay.

There are also some exceptions to the improved protection for sellers. For example, if a payment is pending review by PayPal and the Transaction Details page tells a seller not to ship, but the seller does, then the seller won't be covered.

PayPal said that although the PayPal User Agreement states that the buyer and seller protections are not effective until 10/31/08, the actual date for transaction coverage started October 22, 2008.
