explain this to me

Not complaining since i got the deal, but I dont get it. I simply can't be the fact that the second one is 1974 vs 1976 for the first. Though, I guess I should used the Buy It Now on the last one for $20 before it was bid on.

The person paid $31 because in 1974 that was the year their Dad took them to see him play. Willie was their Dad's favorite player and they bought it to remember their memory of that day. Maybe.

I see cards sell for 2-3x what they have a week prior and such. People have many reasons why they pay different amounts....

Liked that year. Some very special people were born that year. Specifically in May, I hear.
