One of my favorite holed specimens, not sure if this constitutes scary, she looks scary to me.
The 12 notches on the edge are cut with exacting precision.
Any ideas what they represent?

that's weird...and neat! no clue. I was thinking it was from where-ever the coin was resting, but the notches look intentionally cut

I call this Kennedy "Mutilation", I feel the term fits. Posted it before and the consensus was post Mint damage.

This silver half went through hell and back. The lines on the reverse are raised above the coin. Sure would like to know what happened.
