Sending Mini-helmets TTM

To those TTM experts in the forum, can you tell me the best (and cheapest) way to send a mini-helmet TTM with return shipping enclosed? I send cards TTM all the time, however I have never tried sending a mini TTM and would appreciate hearing what has worked best for each of you.

    I did once- fits perfectly in the 'o' box, and I just included a return label with return postage inside the box.

    what john said-is what i do for baseballs to, just put an addy stiicker inside and a 4.80 stamp and you are good to go
