    This Rays team could just as easily finish below .500 next season - wouldn't surprise me at all.

    Manuel hasn't said anything...well he doesn't need to. Maddon's players show up flat he blames the strike zone. I guess that is how they do it in the AL

    IMO the inexperience of the Rays players is showing now. Next year they will be much better with this under
    their belts. I am not sure but i heard they locked up Longoria for a few years so if they do that with this nucleous
    they will be the team to beat for a few years.

    The phillies on the other hand are a gritty bunch that never die.

    Both teams will be in the middle of it for the next few years at least.
