It's down to 25% at the moment... still a pretty sweet deal.

I waited too long last time as the percentage continued to fall until it went away all together. When it showed up again at 30%, I was quick to move on it!

From some of the wording Microsoft uses, it appears this is a program they will continue to use on and off for the immediate future.
