I bought these from a board member a couple years ago and just happened across them - nice clean cards.
As for condition, I would estimate:
NM+ and better = 5
NM = 35
Ex/Mt = 10
Not sure what book is today, but in the 2006 Beckett I have, HBV was $8 each or $400. Take them all for $150.
