Why bother with plastic, she looks fine just the way she is.

As far as I can tell from the pic they'll likely BB as Questionable Color (is the 3rd side silver or dark?). There might be some thumbing on the jaw area. The coin is otherwise a MS63. Submitting coins to PCGS made me into the pessimist I am today.

Thats a gorgeous coin! Due to the marks on the neck, PCGS would grade is 64. NGC probably 65*

If its a 65, which I suspect it is, its worth submitting.

If its a 64, then keep it raw and enjoy it as is.

64, late die state as can be seen from the striations in the field esp. As the date is not rare, NGC might get you a "5".
