How/when/why does a "Body Bag" happen?

I have a few lower grade coins that I am going to submit in the "free submissions to complete a set that is 90% complete" rule. They are all low grade specimens, probably AG or G, maybe even lower.

How do I know they won't come back body bagged? They appear original, with full dates, and aren't bent or anything. Is there something else I need to check to ensure they will come back graded?

I will post pictures next week when my wife returns.

Make sure they have full rims w/o any dings or dents.

Check very closely for past abrasive cleanings.

Double check the color to insure that the coin is correct in color for its age. Check with a local dealer if necessary but get someone elses opinion.

Check to insure that the coin is not suffering from some type of environmental damage.

Look very closely for any scratches or pitts.

If it passes these tests wityhout any questions, you should be good to go.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
