about two years ago local PCGS certified dealer offered me 2.5x face value. It it any higher or about the same?

Wow - I hadn't looked at copper for some time I was supprised to see it had fallen all the way back to 1.80/lb!
With the scrable for cash in play copper is well on it's way back down - along with everything else...

I haven't seen the drop reflected in the price for wheats. Still ~2.5x face.
