With the upcoming Coinfest I started digging through my duplicates to raise some money for my addiction when I saw this PCGS 1943/2 MS63 that was replaced in my collection with a 65... I'm thinking to myself how in the world did I let this holder get so spotty so I grab the windex to clean it up.. well after a couple tries I grab the loope and get a sick feeling in my stomach...
anyways my question is seeing PCGS will be set up at Coinfest, can I bring this to the table there and have it taken care of and is there a charge for this?
