Need help identifying 1802 large cent ! !

Without me saying anything, what say the experts on this coin - variety, etc...

S-241, stemless wreath, doubled fraction bar, final "S" in "STATES" dropped.

The S under S on the reverse instantly identifies this piece as S-241 (EDS). I recently sold an example, so it is fresh in my mind. That particular reverse die was only used in two die marriages, with one being an 1803 cent.

I was hoping this was a 1/000 variety. I cherry picked this on Ebay for $33.00. I Think I did ok though, even if it is not the 1/000.

I would rather have three cool diagnostics, which
you can see, rather than one you can't make out.

Besides, this one is not much more common than
the 1/000 coin.

All-in-all, I think it's a cool coin for that small an
investment.

I see a no stems variety but do not see a dropped S variety that PCGS recognizes. Does anyone know if they do?
