Has anyone seen any upswing in value for the American Arts Gold Medallions (other than bullion-related), now that the latest Red Book finally lists them?
I haven't seen the latest Red Book, but I'm glad to hear that they're listed. They are one of my favorite ways to buy small amounts of bullion. The artwork on some of them is beautiful, and the subject matter is so different than other government issues. Where else can you get Louis Armstrong, Mark Twain, or Alexander Calder in gold? I wish they'd continue the series with a monetized version honoring these non-politician American originals.
