2 quick ?'s

First off, a while back a guy was putting together a peace dollar book asking for cover coins and input. Has that come out yet? and 2nd if you submit a cross over to PCGS and it's a top 50 vam and it's on the old holder do you still owe the extra fee to PCGS to attribute it?

I do not know about your first question but for the second question, yes, you do have to pay an additional fee since PCGS needs to validate that it is in fact the coin on the slab label.

    Mechanical errors do exist.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

The first and only book devoted to Peace dollars is being printed and will be available in November. The title is A Guidebook for Peace Dollars 1921-1964 from Whitman Publishing LLC. It is book #13 of the Guidebook series.

They should rename it to "A Guidebook for Peace Dollars, 1921 - 1935 and Maybe 1964".

1964-D dollars were struck, but you'll have to read the book for the details - lost of them, too.

Do you suppose some of those 64's will float to the surface in another 50 or 100 years? image

Can't tell. Lots and lots of stories and assurances of "I've got one, or seen one, or know somebody who has seen one...etc." Did any survive?
