    whats the problem? He is selling a reprint and disclosing it fully and obviously. They are all over eBay.

    I'll bet that's a licensed and copyrighted photo. Reproducing that without permission of the copyright owner is probably illegal.

    It is also reproduced with the psa /dna sticker on it. That could be kinda misleading to a first time buyer.

    The PSA/DNA sticker is copyrighted also. Overcharging someone for a reprint and violating two copyrights...and you see no problem alifaxwa2? I am also not sure it is obvious. It is to you and me, I have a lot of eBay experience, but we are likely not his target customers.

    Maybe he's also trying to skirt around the issue by calling it a "preprint" on the auction page. Geez. Some people.

    I think it's slightly misleading and not accurate. He is stating "preprint" and not "reprint" or "copy". I would word it as, "This photo is reprinted from my original autheniticated signed Derek Jeter photo" .

    It's possible someone might think it's a signed reprinted photo of Jeter.

    i see them all over ebay in music,sports, anybody that autos, 1st one ive seen that put a psa.dna sticker on one though-definatly kinda shady
