I just received a note from my buddy Jim Morris (who is doing a benifit concert Sat) with an update for the "Shoes for kids project". I just wanted to share it with the forum.
Shoes For Kids Project
We are 5 days away from Octoberfish, and we have already raised over $1000 for the Shoes for Kids project, thanks to Marty Kuklinski and his numismatist friends and thanks to everyone who has thrown $20 bills on the stage the last couple of months. I think we stand to raise quite a bit of money for the kids.
If you are going to be in the SW Fla area Saturday the 25th, the concert is going to be at 1PM at LAISHLEY PARK, 100 EAST RETTA ESPLANADE, PUNTA GORDA, FL
There is going to be a silent auction with a very special numismatic item in it!!!
