Something hairy going on with my MSN cashback...

I made a purchase on August 21st, and got MSN cashback. I checked it last week, and the due date was Oct. 21. So, yesterday I go and try to get the money. It got pushed back to Oct. 22. No big deal I thought, maybe I remembered the date wrong? Oh well, I'll wait until today.

Well, I just checked it and it got pushed back to tomorrow. What gives?
