Anyone coming up to TOREX this weekend?

This Saturday and Sunday in Toronto - anyone coming-up to check it out? In terms of new material for my area of collecting - I have been very disappointed with this show, historically, but keep coming back nevertheless. Most likely due to the fact that I only live 15 minutes away from the venue.

    I won't be there but two of my coins are in the auction. TOREX has gotten too expensive IMO. Tolls, gas, and admission charge plus no funds to purchase coins.

    My proximity to the place and Randy Weir's table are the only reasons I still go. He always has interesting pieces. And shroomie, I know what you mean about gas prices / tolls - I still go to Pittsburgh to visit my parents once every couple of months.

    I forgot to mention the parking fees. In TO they are outrageous.

    On a side note, I see Dynamo Kiev won their match.

    I'm pretty surprised by the win, but good for them! Dynamo moved up to second place in their group (after Arsenal) - we'll see how they do in the rest of the matches.

    The only consistent thing about Ukraine / Russia teams is that they often lack consistency. Never say never, Don. I'm sure if the stars allign, they could beat Arsenal.
