Postman was good to me yesterday, Part 3: CircCam™ Bust Dime, Seated Quarter

It's not often lately that I get the chance to add coins to what I call my "core collection." These are sets that I started building ten or more years ago, and coins to extend or improve them just don't come along with any frequency. That said, in the last two weeks I got the chance to make nice additions to my clipped cent, off-center dime and CircCam™ type sets, and thanks to a couple of timely BST sales I was able to capitalize on all three. Since they're all much different, I decided to post about them each individually.
These two coins popped up in an unrelated search on eBay and really captured my eye. The seller's pictures were not very good so I was quite pleased to see that both coins have what I consider to be original surfaces. The 1821 dime is the small date variety which from my limited research in the Heritage archives seems to be scarcer than the large date. Honestly, I only bought the quarter because I'd already won the dime and it seemed like a great buy at the bid level. My total cost for both pieces was just under $100.
I'd love to hear some grade opinions on these, as I'm somewhat unfamiliar with both series. Regardless of the technical numerical grade, they fit in perfectly with my Whitman Bookshelf CircCam™ type set.
