Is this a West-Frisian half duit?

Can anybody advise me on this?
The diameter is 21 mm. and the coat of arms the same on both sides. Token or coin?
Your help is much appreciated.

Sorry I can not help you. I am afraid it will be difficult or impossible for others to help without a photo of the other side of the coin.

As I wrote: The other side of this coin or token is exactly the same. Obverse and reverse are the same.
